William L. Doyle is a
founding and a full partner in this law firm. He has been admitted to the
practice of law in New Jersey and New York since 1974. He has been Judge of the Municipal Court of the Borough of
Metuchen, Middlesex County, New Jersey since 2006. He has been a Judge of the Municipal Court of the Township of
Old Bridge, Middlesex County, New Jersey. He has served as Municipal Prosecutor of the Borough of
Metuchen as well as its Public Defender.
He was formerly the attorney for the Metuchen Planning Board. He is
admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the Appellate Division
of the Supreme Court of the State of New York for the Second Judicial
Department, the Supreme Court of the United States of America and the United
States District Courts for the Districts of New Jersey, Southern District of New
York and Eastern District of New York.
He has been appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Office of
Attorney Ethics as Chairman of the District Fee Arbitration Committee for
Middlesex County, District VIII.
Marc A.
Woliansky is a founding and a full partner in this law firm.
He has been a New Jersey attorney since 1973. He has served as attorney for the Union Township Zoning Board of
Adjustment and the attorney for the Roselle Park Zoning Board of Adjustment as
well as Special Counsel to the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Roselle Park
in a land use matter. He has been a Prosecutor for the Municipal Court of the
Borough Roselle Park and a Special Counsel to the Borough of Fanwood regarding a
liquor law violation. He has also
been a member of the Union Township Planning Board and a Councilman of the
Borough of Roselle Park as well as a member of the Borough of Roselle Park
Planning Board as part of his Councilman duties.
He is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; the
United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United
States Supreme Court. Mr. Woliansky
has formerly been Chairman of the Union County Consumer Affairs Advisory Board
and President of the Woodbridge Kiwanis.
